Program Data Intake Specialist

The Program Data/Intake Specialist works to oversee the integrity and quality of the internal program database systems including both the MyCaseRecords system and site-specific HMIS systems and the development and completion of site level program data reports in efforts to assess trends and quality in client care. Case Manager II – SSVF

This position reports directly to the Program Coordinator or Program Manager of U.S.VETS. Case Manager II is responsible for providing guidance to veterans to achieve their highest level of independence. Case management is a collaborative process which assesses, plans, implements, coordinates, monitors, and evaluates the selection of services to optimally meet each individual clients’ needs.

Veteran Service Assistance

This position reports directly to the Veteran Service Coordinator or Lead Veterans Service Assistant. The Veterans Service Assistant assists in the daily implementation of day to day basic residential services.

Substance Abuse Counselor – Part Time (Night-Shift / Weekends)

This position reports directly to the Program Coordinator or the Clinical Director. This position is responsible for assessing and providing counseling to individuals with emotional, mental, or substance abuse difficulties, including the use of tobacco, alcohol or other drugs.

Budget Analyst

This position reports directly to the Executive Directors for the local U.S.VETS. The primary responsibility of this position is to generate grant and contract billing and assist in the evaluation of the financial performance of the site.

Peer Support Program Coordinator

The Peer Support Program Coordinator reports directly to the Program Manager or Executive Director at the applicable U.S.VETS site and is responsible for the coordination of the peer support program, working collaboratively as a member of a team to provide support, mentorship and guidance to challenged veterans adjusting to civilian life in the community. This position helps veterans enroll into the peer support training program and then placed into jobs.

Housing Coordinator

The position of Housing Coordinator reports directly to the Program Manager of U.S.VETS and is responsible for securing housing for homeless veterans and their families, providing housing referrals, and maintaining housing quality standards for all U.S.VETS project-based and scattered-site housing units.
